80% of your results come from your nutrition. (Only 20% comes from exercise.) You can work out all day, but if you’re not getting the proper nutrients and eating clean, you’re not going to get the results you want.
Trust me, I know! I’ve always been a workout fanatic and ate what I thought was fairly healthy, until I became a Coach.
