Ummm you know you want some of these…Need a fix for your sweet tooth? Try these CRA-MAZING no-bake protein cookies I whipped up! This took a lot of playing around to get it right, but I think I’m on to something pretty good here! These are my take on Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls…say that three times fast! Sooo good!!
Only about 70 calories a pop with 6 grams of protein. I used the cookie dough recipe from Quest cookbook and made some swaps. Even though these are a healthy cheat, don’t forget these are a treat, not a regular staple. 😉
2 Scoops Quest Multi Purpose Protein Powder1 Scoop Vanilla Shakeology
3T coconut flour
2T sugar free cacao finely chopped
Dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
2T peanut butter
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp butter extract
Mix up dry ingredients. Mix up wet ingredients. Combine. Freeze.
